INTERNAL MEDICINE
Cardiology
Steven Lavine, MDlavines_72
Dr. Lavine is a professor of medicine at Washington University School of medicine. He received his medical degree and completed residency at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also completed a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at Temple University. Dr. Lavine is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and echocardiography.


Nephrology

herrlicha_72Andreas Herrlich, MD, PhD
Dr. Herrlich is an associate professor of medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. He received his medical degree in Berlin, Germany and Portland, Oregon. He completed residency and chief residency in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore and trained in nephrology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Dr. Herrlich is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology.

Dr. Kao is an associate professor of medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and completed an internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland. Dr. Kao is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology.

 

OPHTHALMOLOGY

bambas_72Sonya Bamba, MD
Dr. Bamba is an assistant professor of ophthalmology at Washington University School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree at St. Louis University School of Medicine followed by an ophthalmology residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, and ophthalmic pathology, and cornea and external disease fellowships at Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Bamba is board certified in ophthalmology.

ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY

hosseinzadehp_72Pooya Hosseinzadeh, MD
Dr. Hosseinzadeh is an assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at Washington University School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, School of Medicine in Iran, and completed a research fellowship in orthopedic surgery at University of California in Irvine. He then completed an orthopedic surgery residency from Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, and a fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Shriners Hospital for Children in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Hosseinzadeh is board certified in orthopedic surgery.

PEDIATRICS

Misty Good, MD
Dr. Good is an assistant professor of pediatrics at Washington University School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. Dr. Good completed a pediatric residency the University of Illinois College of Medicine and a neonatal-perinatal fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Good is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.

Dr. Fliesher is an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at Washington University School of Medicine. He is a pediatrician with Woods Mill Pediatrics, the newest Washington University Clinical Associates (WUCA) practice. Dr. Fliesher earned his medical degree at St. Louis University School of Medicine and completed a pediatric residency at Cardinal Glennon Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Fliesher is board certified in pediatrics.

Dr. Levy is an instructor of clinical pediatrics at Washington University School of medicine. He is a pediatrician with Woods Mill Pediatrics, the newest Washington University Clinical Associates (WUCA) practice. Dr. Levy earned his medical degree at Chicago Medical School in Chicago, Illinois, and completed a pediatric residency at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Dr. Levy is board certified in pediatrics.

Dr. Komendowksi is an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at Washington University School of Medicine. She is a pediatrician with Woods Mill Pediatrics, the newest Washington University Clinical Associates (WUCA) practice. Dr. Komendowski earned her medical degree at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, and completed a pediatric residency at Keesler USAF Medical Center in Biloxi, Maryland. Dr. Komendowski is board certified in pediatrics.

RADIOLOGY

Dr. Nicholas is an assistant professor of radiology at Washington University School of Medicine. She received her medical degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina after receiving her masters in healthcare administration from University of North Carolina. She completed a radiology residency at McGraw Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois and a pediatric radiology fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in Ohio. Dr. Nicholas is board certified in diagnostic radiology and pediatric radiology.
